Frequently Asked Questions
How do I request maintenance and repairs?
If there’s a maintenance issue or a necessary repair, please notify the Managing Agent via email as soon as you notice the problem. We’ll schedule a repair and notify you when it will be fixed. For any maintenance emergencies, please call/text us directly at (612) 217-1262. For other emergencies, please call 911.
Where do renters mail rent and/or association payments?
Rent and HOA payments are due the first of the month and should be made out to Eagles Landing of Hugo. Checks should be mailed or dropped off at our office located at 13025 Fenway Blvd N, Suite 300, Hugo, MN 55038.
Where do owners mail association payments?
Association payments are due the first of the month and should be made out to Eagles Landing Association. Checks should be mailed or dropped off at our office located at 13025 Fenway Blvd N, Suite 300, Hugo, MN 55038.
How do I get an additional or replacement key or fob?
Additional or replacement property fobs and unit keys may be purchased from the management office:
• Fob – $50.00
• Key – $25.00
