As a father/son team who have been part of the Hugo community for over 20 years, John & Blake Schwieters have dedicated their professional lives to the creation of innovative spaces built to the highest standard. Eagles Landing is the seventh Schwieters family development in Hugo, the other six being commercial warehouses less than a mile north.

Beginning in the early 2000s, John & Blake utilized those commercial warehouses for their personal storage. But as business grew, they realized they would need to find a new solution for their storage needs. Inspired by other garages built for the dual purpose of entertainment and storage, they secured land on which they could realize their vision of building luxury self-storage units combined with modern, practical office / warehouse space. Of the 14 units developed at Eagles Landing, the Schwieters family will be occupying 5.
